Order Dispatch/Processing  November - December 2022

Please be advised that our current order processing time is up to 10 working days.

If you are waiting on an order placed between 20th November - Monday 5th December please be advised that Royal Mail currently have unprecedented delays due to high order volumes and strikes. 

If your parcel has been dispatched but has no current tracking updates or says that the item is being sent to Royal Mail, your order has been picked and packed and is either waiting for collection by Royal Mail or waiting to be scanned in at their warehouses. Royal Mail is currently communicating that all orders placed before 12th December will be delivered before Christmas.

We appreciate how eager you must be to get your order and we are even more eager to get it to you as soon as possible. We are doing all we can behind the scenes to limit delays caused by Royal Mail to our customers.
